Good knowledge of pumping systems and pumping stations.
· Working knowledge of water industry mechanical equipment and controls.
· Writing specifications and review of mechanical drawings.
· Knowledge of word and excel
· Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes.
· Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
· Degree in Mechanical Engineering
· Chartership or working towards Chartership

Mechanical Design engineers needed to take part in water and waste water non-infrastructure (treatment works) related design projects.

Candidates will need to have demonstrable experience working to water industry standards and practices. Specialised knowledge in all areas is not necessarily required but a general understanding of areas with specific capabilities is needed.

The ability to work with-in multidiscipline teams and to effectively share and exchange knowledge is needed.
