Position - GIS Project Manager
Reports to - Land Development Manager
Department - Land Development
Location - Abu Dhabi

MUST SPEAK ARABIC!!

Job Summary:

Provide direction and management for implementation of GIS and database systems for projects. The PM is responsible for the scope development, scope management and commercial performance of the project to meet project goals & objectives. Close liaison with Abu Dhabi municipality will be required, and liaison with the Land Development Manager will be required at a mutually agreed.

Qualification:

Master’s Degree in GIS, or equivalent.

Specific skills required:

* Excellent working knowledge of industry practises/safety/quality management systems.
* Thorough knowledge of current technology must be able to select and apply appropriate engineering software for use on project.
* High level of critical thinking skills
* High level of numerical skills
* High level of literacy skills in English
* Clear Verbal communication skills
* High level of computer literacy.

Experience:

Minimum 15 years of related work experience, a broad general engineering background and previous experience in similar or related project types is required.

Additional Comments:

Familiarity with mapping, surveying and public services management
