Senior Electrical Engineer - Water / Waste Water

With extensive water treatment and wastewater projects currently in design phase, an outstanding opportunity exists with this market leader for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their team!!

Having been established for more than 90 years, across a vast array of countries worldwide, this Leading Consultancy has the resources, experience and proven reliability that has made them a respected name in the Queensland market. With projects throughout Australia and the world, their expertise ranges from water resources planning, major dam construction, water distribution projects, major water filtration and wastewater treatment plants.

The Role:
Their current projects include a Major Water Transportation Project, which will see them busy for the next 2-3 years at least. To cope with this project load, they have an urgent requirement for a Senior Electrical Engineer in their Brisbane office. You will be required to work under the instruction of the project supervisor to complete the engineering calculations and designs as required, on time and on budget. You will be responsible for mentoring and supervising juniors in this mid to senior level role, as well as some co-ordination with other areas.

The Successful Applicant:
To be successful in this role, you will ideally be degree qualified with a Bachelor Of Engineering (Electrical), 10 years experience in a similar position, ideally in the water industry, but processing backgrounds will also be considered The ability to work well within a team and utilise your strong people and communication skills.
