The Role:
They currently have a unique opportunity for an experienced, competent and dynamic client facing Project manager to drive the strategic decision making process on Large, high spec Hotel and Marina resorts in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Bahrain.
Including the regions largest project to date The Jumeirah Beach Residence a 2 million square metre lifestyle destination development incorporating residential, hotel, retail facilities and entertainment facilities. The development includes 36 high rise towers above a 3-4 level podium structure together with 4 hotels, bridges and extensive infrastructure works.
The Requirements:
As Project managers within the company you will show effective client Facing and leadership skills and ensure that the project is delivered on time and to the highest Specification. You will directly manage key project processes, design and design management and monitoring the activities and performance of all involved.
