The QA/QC Engineer will develop and implement the quality management system and quality procedures.

Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate progressive experience in the following:

• Preparing a project-specific project quality plan (PQP).

• Conducting regular interfaces with management to plan proactively and implement quality improvement measures.

• Ensuring that audits are conducted on a regular basis.

• Evaluating design consultants, supervising consultants, Contractors and subcontractors quality systems.

• Ensuring that all quality related aspects are in compliance with the project requirements.

• Monitoring and maintaining key performance indicators and quality related statistics and preparing the relevant weekly and monthly reports for approval.

• Identifying and documenting quality related problems and recommending solutions for quality improvement.

Qualification: BSc Degree in Civil Engineering.

Prior experience in the Gulf Region would be advantageous.
