Técnico en Construcciones - Post Contrato

A Leading Construction Company in Bahrain is looking for Senior Project Quantity Surveyor.

The projects are for the Heavy Construction Division of the company including Roads, Bridges, marine works, Pipelines and Infrastructure works.

Minimum 15 Years relevant commercial / quantity surveying experience.

Quantity Surveying degree qualified, have the ability to manage a team of Quantity Surveyors and Cost Engineers on single or multiple projects.

Must have experience of Cost Value Reconciliations and Monthly Accounting, managing large value variation accounts, establish and manage multiple large value subcontract and supplier accounts.

Extensive knowledge of FIDIC Conditions of Contract and be able to advise the project team on contractual matters, have the ability to write contractual correspondence and have contractual claims experience.
