This investment company, that has diversified into construction development are looking for staff for their project in Chongqing, which is 1000 km west of Shanghai. The first project is for 300,000 square metres high end condominiums. This consists of nineteen towers which twenty five storeys high.
The second project is 200,000 square metres of three super high rise commercial towers, of one hundred storeys, and a connecting podium for retail.
The Commercial Manager will be degree qualified, and worked for a major Hong Kong developer in commercial management or quantity surveying.
As these are an investment company, the packages will be preferable to a developer package.
