The company is currently engaged on the Al Raha Beach Development, a beachfront project being built in Abu Dhabi. The AED 54 billion (US$ 14.7 billion) development is being built on reclaimed land at Al Raha Beach complex occupying an area of 6.8 million square meters (73.2 million square feet), with a total built-up area of 12 million square meters.
As a consequence of the scale of the project we have a number of commercial vacancies for quantity surveyors and commercial managers to start immediately.

Key Skills
Degree Qualified (B.Sc (Hons) Quantity Surveying)
MRICS (advantage but not essential)
Overseas Experience (advantage but not essential)
NEC3 experience (advantage but not essential)
Minimum 10-15 years experience within the Industry.
Must have been a Commercial Lead on a similar Project valued at GBP 50 million or more, or a No. 2 on a larger project for a Blue Chip Contractor, capable of managing a team of 6 Surveyors or more.
