An appropriate degree and a minimum of 18 years of experience.
Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised University. Chartered Surveyor MRICS or FRICS
Preference will be given to candidates who are full and current memebers of the MRICS.
Should possess excellent communication skills.
As an experienced QS you will be able to demonstrate skills in Pre-Construction Services Post-Contract QS's Post contract administration, under FIDIC contract form.
