Contracts Administrator

1. Senior Contract Administrator – Dubai - start August

2. Contract Administrator – Villamar Development, Financial Harbour, Bahrain - $375million – Design / Build

3. Senior pre-contract QS - Abu Dhabi

The Contract Administrator’s duties will include:

• Administering the contract;
• Drafting responses for CM for issuance to contractor;
• Review / evaluation of any contractor claims

Project Duration:
Minimum 24 months - minimum

Candidate Requirements:
1. Needs to be familiar with FIDIC;
2. Candidates with DB experience would be preferred;
3. Previous Middle East experience is preferred;
4. RICS a MUST
