Regional Recruitment Specialist

 To brief the management in the achievement of the companies objectives relating to planning for staffing, organizational design, and deployment of employees.
 To develop and redefine the recruitment process to fulfill all vacancies on demand.
 Overseeing all recruitment activities on behalf of the company to ensure adequate supply of well - qualified candidates for existing, and anticipated vacancies.
 Analyze daily recruitment progress for different projects/companies in various stages of completion/on progress
 To manage/develop on line screening programme for recruitment execution
 Ensure the selection of right candidates with right attitude, quality, and suites to the mission, vision, and culture of the organization.
 Ensures the effective operation and development of the Recruitment department within the HR functions contributes to the overall effectiveness of Human Resources Management and services
 Preparation of annual recruitment budget and management control of expenditures from the budget including advertising, printing, agency fees, etc
 Maintenance and development of the employment web site to provide accurate, up-to-date and compelling information to prospective applicants.
 To develop and maintain a data bank of in-house talent management system and thus provide potential candidates to the suitable vacancies
 To devise ways to ensure fair and equitable salary scales and assessments
 To conduct surveys to study the market rate of various positions and give feed back to the top management
 To select/form the interview panels for various category and responsible for maximizing panel performance by giving training on interview techniques
 To maintain positive rapport/relationship with the agents/clients on recruitment and ensure their prompt action/response every time.
 To ensure the submission of visa applications, its processing, follow up, and collection of approved visas from the Emigration department
 To follow up with agents on scheduling interviews on different locations by checking the availability /suitability of the candidates.
 To prepare the interview schedule, travel plans, ticketing, for the interviews in foreign countries and its effective coordination
