Marine Geophysicist – Muscat, Oman

Marine Geophysicians are needed to work on projects with in the Gulf.

A leading Geophysical company in Muscat is looking for Marine Geophysicist’s to join their team. They are looking for a keen individual’s to carry out marine geophysics and bathymetric surveys.

You will be familiar with sub- bottom profiling and shallow seismic reflection, single and multi beam bathymetry, resistively imaging, seismic refraction, magnetometers, side scan sonar, seabed sediment sampling, current monitoring and wave and tide monitoring.

Ideally you will be a Graduate with a minimum of 2 years experience.

You main role will to be assisting the project manager in the projects within the Gulf area.

You must be able to work on your own initiative and be a good communicator.

Salary: 1000OMR plus transport, accommodation and return air tickets to country of origin.
